Tournament Rank

Tournament Rank is your numbered position in one tournament. It determines the order shown on the Ranking page and helps the app form ranked matches.

It is not a permanent player rating. The app may use a one-time snapshot of club TrueSkill to create the initial order, but Tournament Rank then changes only inside that tournament. Live results never update club TrueSkill or club Glicko-2.

Waiting on the bench or becoming unavailable does not by itself change Tournament Rank. An accepted late player receives a club-relative rank from one current club TrueSkill snapshot, while existing players keep their relative order. An admin can use Reorder players when an operational adjustment is needed.

After the tournament ends, admitted players can still view the final Tournament Rank and match results. Publishing eligible results to the club's ratings is a separate, optional admin action.
